Our Story
Tableland Coffee is small-batch specialty coffee roasted by Nick and Kim from our family farm, Whispering Pines, in the Goulburn region. We use a combination of vintage and modern coffee roasters and techniques, blending old-world craft with modern control, consistency and care.

Tableland Coffee was created with a simple goal: to roast fresh coffee with depth, balance and character.
Every batch is roasted by hand in small quantities, with Nick and Kim carefully watching the roast, listening to the machine, checking colour and aroma, and tasting for the flavour we want in the cup.
Our approach brings together the best of both worlds: the warmth and craft of traditional roasting, with modern attention to timing, consistency and quality.
