Refund Policy

We want you to receive coffee and products that are fresh, correctly supplied and in good condition. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, unsafe, or does not match its description, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@tablelandcoffee.com.au. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful.
After assessing the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or another solution required by law. We may ask you to retain or return the item so the issue can be assessed. Where a return is required because of a product fault or our error, we will cover reasonable return costs as required by law.
Change of mind and taste preference
Because coffee and other consumable products are food items, we do not generally accept change-of-mind returns, particularly once packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
If you ordered an unopened item by mistake, contact us promptly. We may consider a return at our discretion if the item remains sealed, unused and in its original condition. Approved change-of-mind return postage is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
Personal taste preference alone does not necessarily mean that coffee is faulty. However, if you believe there is a genuine quality issue, please contact us so we can investigate.
Order cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to assist, but because we usually dispatch on the same business day or next business day, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider or financial institution. We will notify you when the refund has been processed by us.
