Tableland Coffee roasts and packs orders with care in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales.

Order processing and dispatch

We usually dispatch orders on the same business day or the next business day after payment is confirmed. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, during busy periods, or where an item is temporarily unavailable may take longer.

Because we focus on freshly roasted coffee, a short processing delay may occasionally occur so that your order can be prepared properly.

Shipping within Australia

We currently ship throughout Australia unless another delivery option is specifically shown at checkout.

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within Australia. For orders under $50, the available shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery times

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and depend on the carrier, destination and seasonal demand. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Any delivery date shown by a carrier is an estimate and may be affected by events outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order after dispatch. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may take a short time to appear.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Because orders are often dispatched quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer, except where the error was ours.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears to be missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will assist with the carrier investigation and provide an appropriate solution where required.
