These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Tableland Coffee website at tablelandcoffee.com.au and to purchases made through our online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About the store

Tableland Coffee supplies coffee and related products from New South Wales, Australia. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and process transactions.

Eligibility and account information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping account login details secure and for activity performed through your account.

Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Coffee is a natural product, so colour, appearance, aroma and flavour may vary between crops, roast batches, brewing methods and individual taste. Product photographs are illustrative and screen settings may affect how colours appear.

Product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, or fulfilling the order would be unlawful or impracticable. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges, taxes or discounts are shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is dispatched.

We may correct genuine pricing or description errors. We will contact you before proceeding if a correction materially affects an order that has not yet been accepted.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. We usually dispatch on the same business day or next business day, but dispatch and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns, refunds and consumer rights

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subscriptions

Where a subscription option is offered, the price, discount, billing frequency and delivery frequency selected at checkout form part of your subscription agreement. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges using the payment method provided until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends.

You are responsible for managing or cancelling a subscription before the next scheduled billing date. A cancellation generally applies to future billing cycles and does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed. Any specific subscription conditions displayed at checkout or in the customer subscription portal also apply.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content in a way that disrupts the service, or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of an order will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
