Grown in the remote highlands of Bona Zuria in Sidamo, Ethiopia, this exceptional washed coffee reflects pristine growing conditions and careful wet-milling at high altitude.

Indigenous Ethiopian heirloom Arabica varieties deliver delicate jasmine florals, sweet peach and bright lemon verbena clarity. We roast it light-medium to preserve its clean, elegant character.
